Focus Spark ("the App") is a productivity application designed to help individuals with ADHD manage tasks, habits, and goals. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

• Account information: When you sign in, we collect your email address via Firebase Authentication.
• App data: Tasks, categories, habits, quests, and other content you create within the App are stored in Firebase Firestore.
• Usage analytics: Anonymous usage statistics are collected via Firebase Analytics to help us improve the App. This data does not identify you personally.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and sync your data across devices.
• To authenticate you securely.
• To improve the App based on anonymous usage patterns.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Security

Your personal app data (tasks, notes, and related content) is encrypted using AES encryption before being stored in the cloud. We use industry-standard security practices provided by Google Firebase to protect your information.

The App uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Analytics)

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us (see Section 8). Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our servers.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
